    Your staff's communications were poor, showed a disregard to the time of paying customers, and were equally underwhelming on the help and support offered. Basically every communication with your staff used and wasted more of my time without any results. I expect a higher quality standard from a company to prides itself in great products.

    Dire customer service following an appliance that failed after 13 months requiring a replacement at my expense. Based on this experience I would avoid them like the plague.

    I reached out to your customer complaint email with no reply. I reached out on Facebook and received a reply, but it did not offer any understanding of the time that your missed appointment wasted for a customer and offered no consolation or resolution.

    Warning! Our oven EXPLODED and they offer no help if it's past the 1 year warranty. Their products exploding is not an issue they think is concerning. The oven is less than 3 years old. Customer service is unresponsive, polite but terribly useless. They even refuse to give the contact for complaints.

    washing machine was fantastic but customer service is shockingly bad. They will not honour the warranties I paid for!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS BRANDS!!!!

    I took a day out of work to have one of your technicians change the rubber in our machine. I spoke to him when he arrived, he was looking for a parking space and said he would call back. An hour later – no news. I called him – mailbox. I had to call your HQ, where I was informed that the technician needed a parking permit. Your staff also claimed that was the customer’s responsibility to organise, something that you may have had the courtesy to tell us in advance of the appointment. But you did not. I don't drive in London and after a call with my development manager's office, I know that they cannot issue parking permits. Your technician could have easily parked on a metered parking around our house, but from all I can tell, I believe he did not even try to do so. Had we know before, we would have perhaps even accepted paying for the metered parking.

    I was then informed that the technician had now left and it was not possible to arrange for a visit on the same day. As you will understand, I cannot keep missing work because your staff are not competent enough to find a parking space and do not even have the courtesy to inform us, if they are not going to show up.

    Terrible customer service (repairs). The engineer came late 2 times, once forgot to take a correct spare part. Had to wait at home for half of the day twice and the problem wasn't sorted.

    Your HQ staff also lacked any understanding of the inconvenience this caused and offered no further support or help to rectify the situation. We were told it was not possible to know earlier in advance than an evening before the appointment about the time slot and it was not possible to reserve for example and afternoon slot that would be more convenient from my work perspective. You also do not work on weekends.
